Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of patients through telehealth channels to evaluate their mental health needs accurately and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individualized psychotherapy sessions and crisis intervention support for patients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, ensuring evidence-based practices are employed.
• Facilitate engaging virtual therapy groups and workshops, addressing pertinent topics like stress management, emotional regulation, and personal development.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychiatrists, and community organizations, to provide holistic care and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Participate in outreach programs and preventive initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma in our community.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards in a virtual capacity.

Qualifications

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling in telehealth or remote environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
