• Conduct thorough intake assessments to analyze clients' needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Provide various forms of therapy including individual, family, and group sessions, employing evidence-based practices to ensure effective treatment.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care to clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations, promoting transparency and accountability in patient care.
• Engage actively in ongoing clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed about best practices, emerging research, and new trends in the mental health field to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality as mandated by legal standards and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to helping a diverse range of clients who may be facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, and this role requires sensitivity, understanding, and adaptability to meet their unique needs.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• A valid and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license is mandatory for this position.
• The ability to practice independently without supervision is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate demeanor, are critical for building rapport with clients.
• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records, is required for effective documentation and client communication.

• A minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience providing counseling services is preferred.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional compensation may be available based on performance metrics.
