This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing our clinicians to provide care from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a collaborative approach with colleagues. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs and develop tailored therapy strategies.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and rehab specialists—to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and attendance at relevant conferences to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our emphasis on providing personalized care ensures that every therapist can employ their unique approach to meet client needs, facilitating a supportive and healing environment.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely-related field.
• An active, unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is preferred and will be prioritized in our hiring process.

The role offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with a generous signing bonus. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
