Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, actively engaging with clients to assess their unique histories and developing tailored treatment plans in consultation with them and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to enhance program activities that support optimal therapy experiences, reflecting the organization’s commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, sharing insights and coordinating care efforts with psychiatric providers and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive support for patients.
  • Create, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that account for the distinct circumstances and needs of each client.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress using approved platforms, documenting findings and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and document patient responses, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the clinic and enhance patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, including families facing developmental challenges. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
