Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily provide services to adults experiencing a range of low-acuity mental health challenges. Our population includes clients managing everyday stressors, anxiety, and mild depression. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • An active, independent license in one of the following:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate digital platforms for therapy sessions and documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting teletherapy sessions.
  • Familiarity with solution-focused therapy approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic approach to client interaction.
Compensation and Benefits
