Actualized Self Therapy is seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to join our dedicated and compassionate team. Work Environment

The position is fully remote, enabling counselors to deliver high-quality telehealth services. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. You will utilize our secure telehealth platform, which complies with all HIPAA regulations, ensuring that client confidentiality and comfort are prioritized. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to understand their mental health history and current needs, utilizing validated evaluation tools.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clientsโ€™ therapy goals, making adjustments as necessary based on their progress.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.
  • Document therapy sessions meticulously in compliance with organizational policy and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate and confidential client records.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance therapeutic skills and share best practices with peers.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a varied demographic, focusing on individuals from different backgrounds with unique mental health needs. You will encounter a mix of clients, from young adults grappling with anxiety to families seeking guidance through relational issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
  • An active and unrestricted LCMHC license in Vermont or the equivalent of your residing state.

Compensation and Benefits
