• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Document client interactions and progress accurately in an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, complying with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines to ensure holistic care and comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed on the latest mental health research and therapeutic modalities.

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be vital in providing those facing barriers with meaningful support and guidance. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan.
• A minimum of two years of practical counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the practice of counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly regarded.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth technologies to facilitate seamless client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.

• A competitive salary range of $70,000 – $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
