• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish baseline information.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities, aimed at fostering personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing techniques suited to the specific challenges faced by each client.
• Set therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. • Current and valid licensure in the state of Maryland as a LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; however, preference will be given to candidates with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills are essential to foster effective therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a dynamic caseload.

While licensure is essential, candidates with expertise in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will be particularly valuable to our team. Experience working in community health settings and familiarity with telehealth practices will enhance your contributions.
