• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status and needs of clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their backgrounds and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals and requirements, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients through teletherapy, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's situation.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, utilizing your expertise to assess risk and provide immediate support.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending webinars, workshops, and peer consultations to stay current with the latest best practices in mental health.

You will primarily work with a diverse adult clientele who come from various backgrounds and experiences. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role is essential in guiding clients towards achieving their mental health objectives, fostering resilience and personal growth through thoughtful engagement and support.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, combined with a non-judgmental attitude.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• No prior disciplinary actions on record with licensing boards.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

• Prior work with adult clients from varied demographics and cultural backgrounds.

• Understanding of current mental health trends and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
