This is a remote position that allows flexible work arrangements tailored to meet both staff and client needs. You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, all working together to create a safe therapeutic environment. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, analyzing their history and presenting concerns to form personalized treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific mental health goals and challenges, ensuring they receive tailored support that resonates with their situation.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to implement effective therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, involving regular consultations with psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Provide guidance to clients’ families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and promoting active involvement in their loved one’s recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A valid and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field; advanced degrees (master’s or doctoral) are preferred.
• Demonstrated training or proficiency in mental health counseling, showcasing your ability to address a range of mental health disorders effectively.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and inspire them throughout their therapeutic journey towards recovery.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, allowing for seamless collaboration with fellow treatment professionals.

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a history of working with diverse populations and treatment modalities.
• Experience in conducting therapy sessions in both individual and group settings to maximize patient engagement and therapeutic benefits.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation and improve workflow efficiency.
