This role is fully remote, allowing you the convenience of working from the comfort of your home. You will primarily utilize telehealth platforms for patient interactions, making it essential to have a reliable internet connection and proficiency in telecommunication technologies. We provide ongoing technical support to ensure you can deliver efficient and effective services.

• Administer mindfulness-based interventions, including but not limited to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to clients’ unique stressors and mental health objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, stressors, and treatment goals, using standardized assessment tools.
• Guide individuals through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques aimed at promoting self-awareness and alleviating stress.
• Facilitate interactive group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, providing participants with tangible strategies for stress management and resilience building.
• Integrate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions, ensuring therapy is aligned with the client's specific needs and aspirations.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary, client-centered treatment approach incorporating diverse therapeutic methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcome measures to assess the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies.
• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development to enhance your expertise and therapeutic techniques.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellbe Health Care Inc., you will work with a wide range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, and personal development challenges. Our diverse client base includes individuals seeking mental health support via telehealth, which expands your reach as a therapist and allows you to help clients from various backgrounds and circumstances.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Georgia is mandatory.
• Effective communication skills, enabling you to create a calming and supportive therapeutic atmosphere for clients.
• Experience with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a plus, though not strictly required.
• Experience delivering remote therapy sessions and familiarity with virtual patient engagement strategies.
• A background in mindfulness integration within therapeutic contexts would distinguish candidates.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
