Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while effectively serving clients via telehealth. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial intake assessments to gather comprehensive client information and facilitate the development of tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that promote mental wellness and personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality.
  • Actively participate in regular clinical supervision and in-house training sessions to refine skills, receive feedback, and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external organizations as needed to coordinate care and enhance client support systems.
  • Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and confidentiality laws to protect the wellbeing and rights of clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will be working with a diverse range of clients, varying in age, background, and mental health concerns. Qualifications
  • A valid and active associate-level registration in Nevada (AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern) is required.
  • A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is necessary for eligibility.
  • A professional demeanor paired with a strong commitment to client care and development is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred, which will aid in navigating various client scenarios and treatment plans.
  • Proficiency in managing a caseload while utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques to support client progress.
