Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Lead initial comprehensive patient assessments to determine necessary interventions, ensuring effective triage of care.
  • Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient treatment, managing documentation thoroughly throughout the process.
  • Provide case management for assigned patients, collaborating with community professionals and programs for holistic client care.
  • Ethically complete documentation in a timely manner, adhering to department policies and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide clients through their individualized service plans effectively.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client focus will include a wide range of individuals seeking support, from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique challenges and requiring personalized interventions. You will play a critical role in promoting mental wellness and supporting clients through various life transitions, traumas, and emotional disturbances.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a current state license as a LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW, demonstrating compliance with all regulatory requirements for clinical practice.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, ensuring proficiency in therapeutic modalities.
  • Willingness to engage in a flexible work schedule, providing 5 to 40 hours of therapy sessions per week based on client demand.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing services in various settings, particularly outpatient environments, is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with documentation systems and treatment planning tools enhances efficiency in patient management.
  • Proven ability to deliver therapy effectively, using both individual and group modalities.
