• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing solution-focused approaches that empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys.
• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, demonstrating a compassionate and immediate response to clients in distress.
• Utilize teletherapy technology effectively, ensuring an engaging and confidential experience for clients during virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain updated with the latest mental health practices and improve your therapeutic skills.

Your work will impact a diverse range of adult clients, each presenting unique challenges and strengths. Our clients come from various backgrounds and face an array of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As a therapist at Empathic Health, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise and creativity in tailoring treatment to fit each client's needs.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients empathetically.
• A non-judgmental attitude with a compassionate approach to mental health care.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and documentation.

We prefer candidates with at least two years of direct experience in a clinical setting, particularly those who have worked with adults and provided therapy through telehealth platforms. Previous experience in crisis management and client assessment is also advantageous.

Your annual salary will range from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your caseload and contributions to the team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
