Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent and become a vital part of helping individuals and families secure the coverage they need for Plan Year 2027. In this energetic role, you will actively engage with clients, providing expert guidance on health insurance options. Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills are a must. This position offers an exciting opportunity to intereact with the community in a high traffic area. Join me in making a meaningful impact on people's lives through comprehensive insurance solutions. Bonus $$ paid for each successful enrollment in addition to hourly wage. Must have current / active 02-15 Health Insurance License.

Duties

  • Conduct inside sales by reaching out to prospective clients through face to face interaction alongside me at the Treasure Coast Square Mall.
  • NO Telecommunications.
  • Present and explain health insurance plans and assist with initial enrollments via Health Sherpa.
  • Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and one-on-one assistance.
  • Must be comfortable interacting with the Public
  • Must pocess excellent communication skills. Bi-lingual a plus but not necessary
  • Knowledge and experience with ACA Marketplace Health Insurance enrollments. Experience with Health Sherpa a plus.
  • Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage
