In this energetic role, you will actively engage with clients, providing expert guidance on health insurance options. Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills are a must. Bonus $$ paid for each successful enrollment in addition to hourly wage. Must have current / active 02-15 Health Insurance License.

Duties

• Conduct inside sales by reaching out to prospective clients through face to face interaction alongside me at the Treasure Coast Square Mall.
• NO Telecommunications.
• Present and explain health insurance plans and assist with initial enrollments via Health Sherpa.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and one-on-one assistance.
• Must be comfortable interacting with the Public
• Must pocess excellent communication skills. Bi-lingual a plus but not necessary
• Knowledge and experience with ACA Marketplace Health Insurance enrollments. Experience with Health Sherpa a plus.
• Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage

• This is a Seasonal Position beginning October 15th - December 31st. Scheduling will be variable and will include afternoons, evenings and weekends.
