Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily include adults navigating various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. By focusing on evidence-based therapeutic interventions, you will empower clients to manage their mental health concerns effectively. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Active licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in providing telehealth therapy, particularly with adults.
  • Proficient in using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), to manage patient information and maintain organized documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, reflecting your professionalism and clear engagement with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
