As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our organization, responsible for effectively selling life insurance products to both new and existing customers. Through inbound and outbound communication, you'll identify and address customers' life insurance needs, providing tailored policies that safeguard their families and assets while ensuring they receive optimal rates. Our focus on holistic solutions means you'll continually expand your knowledge of our products to offer informed recommendations that evolve with customers' changing needs.
Compliance and ethical integrity are paramount in our industry, and as a Life Insurance Sales Representative, your interpersonal skills will be pivotal in building enduring client relationships and instilling confidence in our ability to secure their financial future.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain monthly sales goal metrics
  • Build and maintain contact lists and follow-up with customers
  • Provide โ€œabove and beyondโ€ customer experience by being knowledgeable and professional about insurance, products, and services offered
  • Generate new leads and build customer relationships
  • Provide accurate and compliant policies to fit the needs of the customer
  • Assist in policy retention with a goal of 90 days or more
  • Maintain policy compliance according to the carrier underwriting requirements
Skills and Abilities:
  • Must have 1+ years of Life Insurance experience
  • Must have resident state Life and Health insurance license
  • Bilingual
