This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while maintaining work-life balance. You will need a reliable internet connection and a private space to ensure patient confidentiality during virtual sessions. Our flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm, means you can create a work routine that fits your lifestyle. • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, addressing the psychological needs of adult clients.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Utilize symptom self-assessments, functional improvement measures, and goal progress tracking to monitor client outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide clients with resources and strategies that foster healing and self-discovery, while continuously adapting your therapeutic approach based on client feedback and needs.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions that focus on emerging best practices in psychotherapy and mental health treatment models.

Your clients will primarily include adults navigating various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. By focusing on evidence-based therapeutic interventions, you will empower clients to manage their mental health concerns effectively. Your empathetic approach and ability to engage warmly with patients will be key to building strong, trust-based therapeutic relationships.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing telehealth therapy, particularly with adults.
• Proficient in using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), to manage patient information and maintain organized documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, reflecting your professionalism and clear engagement with clients.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, ensuring a respectful environment for clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse client population.
• Experience with specific therapeutic approaches or frameworks that align with our care pathways would be advantageous.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to engage in training related to the latest evidence-based treatment modalities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
