Location: North Carolina
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in this role will provide virtual counseling services to clients across North Carolina. This position involves evaluating client concerns, delivering individualized therapy, maintaining accurate clinical records, and supporting clients as they work through challenges affecting their mental health and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual therapy sessions through a secure online platform
  • Conduct assessments and identify treatment priorities
  • Use evidence-based counseling methods during sessions
  • Monitor progress and make treatment adjustments as needed
  • Complete progress notes and required documentation on time
