We offer a 36K base with a clear path to earning 60K to 100K plus through commissions and bonuses. Your income is directly tied to your consistency and results.

Engage with English and Spanish speaking leads to understand coverage needs


Quote and present Auto Home and bundled policies clearly and confidently


Maintain consistent daily activity including calls texts and follow up


Work provided leads and generate additional opportunities through prospecting


Keep CRM systems updated including AgencyZoom and Lead Manager


Provide strong customer experience while guiding clients through coverage decisions


Stay connected with the team through communication and training


Consistently meet daily activity expectations and monthly sales goals


Requirements

Active Property and Casualty license required


Previous insurance sales experience required


Fluent in both English and Spanish required


Remote sales experience preferred


Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
