• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and their mental health conditions.
• Design individualized treatment plans addressing both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, primarily adult individuals grappling with substance use disorders, often accompanied by co-occurring mental health issues. Each client presents unique challenges, and your role will involve developing tailored interventions to address their specific needs, aspirations, and barriers to recovery.

• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
• Proven expertise or specialized training in addiction counseling and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate clients to actively engage in their recovery journey.

• Experience in working with individuals dealing with substance use and mental health disorders, particularly in a treatment center setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems for client documentation and treatment planning.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
