Blissful Counseling Hub, LLC is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to be part of our virtual team. • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique mental health needs of each client, ensuring that the interventions are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Conduct thorough assessments and employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to address specific mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate and effective support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Deliver ongoing support and care for clients with a diagnosis of mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders through regular progress evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans.

• Facilitate resolution of family and relational issues by creating individualized plans that address destructive behavioral patterns and enhance interpersonal dynamics.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a sustained commitment to client success and mental wellness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to connect meaningfully with clients from various backgrounds.

• A demonstrated capability to build trusting relationships that foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities applicable to a broad range of mental health disorders.

• Familiarity with working in a community health setting is advantageous, as it equips candidates to understand the nuanced needs of underserved populations.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
