• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, evaluating their mental health histories and current challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, employing evidence-based methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, adapting practices to meet the evolving needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, incorporating progress notes and treatment adjustments as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training sessions and workshops to remain updated on best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals and community resources to integrate comprehensive care for clients.

Your focus will primarily be on adult clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and trauma. Our clinic partners with local schools to facilitate therapy sessions, thereby increasing accessibility and ensuring clients receive the necessary support through evidence-based care models.

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy from a regionally accredited university.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC, enabling the provision of independent psychotherapy services.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary action from any licensing board across jurisdictions.
• Proven proficiency in conducting clinical intakes, diagnoses, and comprehensive treatment planning.
• Excellent written communication skills to facilitate effective documentation and collaboration.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.
• Training and experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly CBT, along with familiarization with telehealth protocols.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating a strong commitment to client-centered care.

We offer a competitive salary between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, therapists may receive a sign-on bonus and various incentives, including referral bonuses for bringing new talent to our organization.
