Job description

We are hiring motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in life insurance, retirement solutions, and financial services.

No prior insurance experience is required. If you are already licensed, you can get started quickly. If you are not yet licensed, we provide guidance and support to help you complete the licensing process.

This is a remote, commission-based 1099 opportunity with flexible scheduling, hands-on mentorship, access to top-rated carriers, and a path to leadership or agency ownership for those who want to grow.

About the Role

As a Life Insurance Agent, you’ll help individuals, families, and business owners find the right protection and retirement strategies for their needs. You’ll work with clients virtually, review their goals, recommend suitable life insurance or annuity solutions, and guide them through the application and underwriting process.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is coachable, self-motivated, comfortable talking with people, and interested in building a performance-based career with long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct virtual client consultations to understand financial goals, protection needs, and retirement objectives
  • Recommend appropriate life insurance, annuity, and retirement solutions
  • Represent a wide range of top-rated carriers across life and annuity markets
  • Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy delivery
  • Build and manage a client pipeline through warm leads, referrals, networking, digital marketing, and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow all compliance requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and advanced market development
What We’re Looking For
  • Life Insurance License preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to complete licensing if not already licensed
  • Sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is helpful, but not required
  • FINRA licenses are a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely
  • Professional, coachable, and motivated by performance-based income
What We Offer
  • Licensing guidance and support for new agents
  • Commission-based compensation plus bonus opportunities
  • Uncapped income potential
  • Remote schedule with flexibility
  • Access to 60+ A-rated life and annuity carriers
  • Warm lead options and automated marketing support
  • Turnkey systems, scripts, CRM tools, and training resources
  • Training in life insurance, annuities, retirement planning, legacy planning, and business owner solutions
  • Direct mentorship from experienced leaders
  • Leadership and agency ownership pathways for agents who want to build a team
  • Partnership track with a leading fintech-enabled life insurance platform
