This is a remote position based in Naperville, Illinois, allowing therapists to conduct sessions from anywhere in the world. Our outpatient office is built on a technology-enabled framework, where all interactions occur via secure video conferencing. This remote setup eliminates commuting time, enabling you to focus entirely on helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions in compliance with mental health regulations and organizational standards.
• Provide assessment and treatment planning for client cases, ensuring appropriate interventions are tailored to their unique needs.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other mental health professionals in our network to share best practices and improve treatment outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance therapeutic techniques and effectiveness.
• Manage client schedules and administrative aspects of care, supported by our dedicated staff that handles marketing, patient intake, and billing.

Our therapist team works with a diverse clientele that includes adults facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety, depression, stress management, to relationship issues. Our priority is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where clients feel comfortable and empowered to share their experiences and work towards healing.

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted license in one of the following: LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A commitment to ethical practice with a clean disciplinary record from relevant licensing boards.
• Strong written communication skills for effectively documenting therapy sessions and treatment plans.

• Two or more years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Proficiency in evidence-based approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other relevant therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and virtual therapy techniques.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to support your transition into our organization.
