• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, ensuring accurate and personalized treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver holistic care and maintain flow in treatment continuity.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health challenges and recovery strategies, facilitating open discussions that empower involvement in the treatment process.
• Document all interactions and treatment progress in detail while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Stay current with therapeutic practices and participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance clinical competencies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises, you will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, each experiencing unique mental health challenges. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Possession of specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling practices.
• An in-depth understanding of evidence-based treatments for various mental health concerns.
• Excellent therapeutic communication skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate clients throughout their recovery path.
• Strong teamwork ethos for effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Two years of relevant experience in clinical mental health counseling, particularly in community health settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms that support client care management.
• Prior experience working in diverse and multicultural environments is highly desirable.
