Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Applying evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing initial treatment and discharge plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions in alignment with the treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services in accordance with facility policies and professional standards.
• Managing a designated caseload and ensuring timely follow-ups for clients.
• Participating in treatment team meetings to collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and enhance integrated care approaches.
• Upholding a positive and empathetic demeanor in all interactions with clients and their families, ensuring that their safety and comfort are prioritized.
• Proactively addressing and resolving any client complaints to improve service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field.
• Current state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider.
• Licensure must be one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling is required, with a proven track record of effective therapy practices. Experience working with a broad age range, including both adults and children, is preferred to address the varied needs of our clients.
