• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying concerns and strengths to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s specific needs and objectives, ensuring a client-centered approach.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, and other modalities, across individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins and adjusting treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and goals.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or crises, ensuring they receive immediate support and resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in line with legal and ethical standards to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists to provide comprehensive care.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices and therapies, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and training opportunities provided by the organization.
• Adhere strictly to relevant ethical guidelines, maintaining professional integrity in all client interactions.

Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds coping with a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health conditions. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients from various demographics, providing culturally competent care that respects their unique experiences and promotes their overall wellness.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A heartfelt commitment to client well-being, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.

• Knowledge of legal and ethical regulations governing mental health practice.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.
