Vibrant Health Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. While connected virtually, you will engage in meaningful interactions with clients and collaborate with a supportive team of fellow mental health professionals. • Develop and implement comprehensive, individual recovery-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate treatment needs and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with clients to cultivate essential life skills such as coping strategies, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Educate clients on available community services and advocate for their access to these resources.
• Monitor client progress, providing guidance on symptom management through structured assessments and skill-building activities.
• Engage in regular consultations with the clinical team to discuss treatment plans and client needs.
• Ensure confidentiality of client information and maintain compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
• Provide aftercare planning to support clients in their transition post-therapy.

Your focus will be primarily on adult clients who may face challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and other mental health issues impacting their ability to maintain a stable and fulfilling life in their communities. You will employ a holistic approach that encompasses not just their immediate mental health needs but also their social determinants of health.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean professional record without disciplinary actions.
• Strong computer skills and a reliable internet connection to facilitate remote work and documentation.

• Prior experience delivering direct clinical services in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a compassionate attitude, crucial for establishing trust with clients.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for service delivery and documentation.
• Skills in developing community partnerships that support client needs.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
