Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting weekly therapy sessions with individual adult clients utilizing video conferencing technology.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions while adhering to best practices in mental health care.
  • Collaborating with other mental health providers to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Utilizing symptom self-assessments and functional measures to continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans for optimal effectiveness.
  • Documenting all session notes in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards to ensure proper patient care and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who may be coping with various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure in the state of Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a PsyD.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear interaction with clients and team members.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a professional setting.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and a private space for client sessions.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth therapy will have a competitive advantage.
