Sunshine Psychological Health Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our expanding team in a remote capacity. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to create your own schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient services are approached through a telehealth setup, allowing you to provide effective therapy while enjoying the comfort of your own home. • Conduct weekly teletherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to provide therapeutic care to adult clients.
• Employ tools such as symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to guide treatment planning and modification.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care, resolving any clinical issues that may arise.
• Record and maintain meticulous treatment documentation as per telehealth regulations and organizational standards.
• Participate in ongoing team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the quality of care provided.

Your role will primarily focus on individual adults facing varied mental health challenges, which may encompass anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will be expected to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all care is culturally sensitive and responsive to their unique needs. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution, with valid licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• A foundational understanding of various therapeutic modalities, especially cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
• Strong technical skills and competence with telehealth platforms, familiar with digital tools that enhance client engagement.

• At least 2 years of recent experience working with adult clients or higher risk populations.
• A track record of applying evidence-based strategies successfully to address a range of mental health concerns.
• Experience embracing technology in clinical practice, showing eagerness to learn and implement new tools and methods.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
