  • Discovery Calls - Meet with prospective families to understand their needs, explain our services, and recommend appropriate support.
  • Coach Development - Assist with interviewing, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting members of our coaching team.
  • Business & Administrative Projects
(depending on hours) - Support referral outreach, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives that help the company grow.
  • Additional Responsibilities - Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned by the Founder & CEO.

  • Brings confidence, warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of humor that helps build strong relationships with students.
  • Believes students with diverse learning needs can thrive with the right coaching and support.
  • Is comfortable working with complex, resistant, or struggling students while remaining patient, creative, and solution-focused.
  • Demonstrates exceptional executive function skills personally-you stay organized, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate without needing reminders.
  • Is an outstanding communicator who builds trust with students, parents, schools, and colleagues.
  • Is comfortable leading one-on-one coaching sessions, group classes, family meetings, IEP and 504 consultations, and discovery calls.
  • Is responsive, dependable, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Welcomes feedback, enjoys continuous learning, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Takes ownership, works independently, and contributes wherever needed.
