In-Home Adaptive Personal Trainer
Compensation: $45 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities
Schedule: Flexible — part-time or full-time options 
GYMGUYZ San Francisco & Marin is looking for compassionate, reliable, and growth-minded coaches to support adaptive and special needs clients through personalized in-home fitness and wellness programs. 
 
This role goes beyond fitness. We are looking for coaches who can build trust, create positive experiences, support mobility and confidence, and provide consistent, emotionally safe interactions for clients and families.

 What You Bring
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) 
  • CPR/AED certified
  • Adaptive fitness certification preferred (e.g., Certify Strong, ATA)
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities (e.g., Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy) 
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism 
  • Strong understanding of exercise physiology and adaptive training principles 
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and flexibility to travel between sessions
