Spring Raze Diagnostic and Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a full-time mental health counselor. As a fully remote healthcare provider, Spring Raze requires mental health counselors to offer teletherapy services through secure and user-friendly platforms. Our team collaborates closely with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create an integrated approach to patient care that prioritizes the needs of our diverse client population.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using established diagnostic criteria to determine client needs, challenges, and strengths.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions that address a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises and ensure their safety and well-being.
• Engage in case management activities, including coordinating with community resources and support services to enhance client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Participate actively in team meetings and clinical consultations to discuss case progress, treatment strategies, and continuous professional development.

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse and robust clientele, including individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and experiences. This role will require you to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring culturally sensitive and responsive care that promotes healing and recovery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in providing effective therapeutic services to individuals and groups.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• Fluency in using telehealth technology and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.

• Experience working in outpatient settings or community health clinics.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities.
• Prior experience with teletherapy and virtual counseling techniques.

Spring Raze Diagnostic and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
