• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring each session is tailored to the unique needs of the clients.
• Thoroughly document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with electronic health record (EHR) protocols.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to create and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.
• Actively contribute to clinical meetings and case discussions to foster a culture of teamwork and shared learning.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and support clients in navigating challenging life circumstances.

The patients you will support at Trinity Counseling and Therapy Center span a wide range of demographics and challenges. You will engage with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse challenges, ensuring that your approach is culturally sensitive and client-centered. Your insights and expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward healthier coping mechanisms and improved mental health outcomes.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Must hold a current state license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) and be recognized as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
• At least three years of experience in a counseling or related field, emphasizing therapeutic interaction.
• Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities, enabling effective rapport building with clients.
• Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, employing evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
• Experience with electronic health records and telehealth technology is essential to deliver modern care.

• Advanced training or certification in specialized therapeutic methods, including CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Previous experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations.
• Familiarity with outcome measurement tools and techniques for assessing client progress.
