• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, providing emotional support and guidance tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate positive change and help clients develop coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge in the evolving field of mental health.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the Xenial Healthcare network to improve client outcomes and share best practices.

Our therapists primarily provide services to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will work closely with clients to build therapeutic alliances, understand their unique circumstances, and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and recovery.

• A Master's level degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• An active and unrestricted professional license in the state of Oregon, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.
• Proficiency in documentation and report writing, with a keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Experience in an outpatient setting or teletherapy environment is highly desirable.
• Possession of a clean professional record without disciplinary actions by any licensing board in any jurisdiction.
