Job description

Title- Epic Tapestry Analysts
Duration-6+ Months
Location- Remote
Required Experience

  • CMS claims submission and HCC coding experience. Need to understand the 837 process with MOR, MAO and MMR files and condition capture.
  • Risk Adjustment model and Claims submission.
  • 3 plus years of Tapestry experience (cert is a plus),
  • Strong SQL Datamart,
  • 5 plus years of Medicare Advantage experience,
  • Epic Clarity Data Model certification in one or more modules (EpicCare Inpatient, Hospital Billing, Prelude ADT, Radiant, Willow, Optime) or to be obtained within 120 days of hire.
  • Experience in Quality Measures Reporting preferred
  • Epic build experience in a live environment strongly preferred
  • Epic implementation experience specific to clinical workflows and order management strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare related organization
  • Strong SQL Programming Skills (MS SQL Server/Oracle platforms)
  • Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, data structures and reporting
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau dashboard, functions, features, and capabilities
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices regarding reporting, workflows, policies, procedures, systems and culture in the healthcare environment
