This position is set in an outpatient office setting that emphasizes a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a remote therapist, you will have the ability to connect with clients through teletherapy sessions, offering the flexibility to cater to individuals who may face barriers in accessing traditional in-office appointments. You will utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting patient interactions, ensuring that compliance and quality of care are consistently maintained.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, including history-taking and risk evaluations, to formulate and tailor effective treatment strategies.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)—to support clients' emotional and psychological development.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and regularly track and report on their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide compassionate feedback in a safe environment, cultivating a therapeutic alliance built on trust and respect, while applying techniques that empower clients in their recovery journey.
• Adhere to ethical practices by maintaining accurate clinical documentation and client records to monitor treatment outcomes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions that focus on the latest trends and advancements in mental health treatments.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • Current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport and trust with clients and their families.
• Demonstrated empathy along with a nonjudgmental and supportive attitude toward clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee an efficient caseload and complete administrative duties.

While a minimum of one year of professional experience is required, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or integrated behavioral health will be highly considered. Familiarity with EHR systems and teletherapy platforms is also a plus, as it will enhance your operational efficiency in delivering care remotely.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
