Self Harmony Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide essential support within a remote detox center located in Westminster, Colorado. This full-time position is ideal for an individual who has a commitment to improving the lives of those facing substance use challenges. As a key member of our team, the LMSW will assess clients' psychosocial needs and work collaboratively to ensure the well-being and recovery of individuals seeking our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychosocial conditions, focusing on emotional, psychological, and social factors that may impact recovery.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that align with the client's recovery goals, preferences, and overall well-being.
  • Provide counseling and emotional support, helping clients and their families navigate the complex landscape of recovery and the challenges it entails.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must possess a current and valid LMSW license in the state of Colorado.
