Job description

Sr DFT Engineer (Tessent/IJTAG Specialist) Fullโ€time: Salary + Benefits + Bonuses / Contractor Work Status: US citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident. Remote (Anywhere in US) We are looking for a Senior DFT Engineer to architect and implement advanced test solutions. This role focuses on highโ€level customization of Siemens Tessent flows, requiring deep expertise in ICL/PDL development for nonโ€standard test sequences that go beyond default tool deliverables.

Key Responsibilities Custom Test Sequences: Author and edit ICL/PDL to support unique hardware instruments and complex IP. Tessent Integration: Drive DFT insertion and pattern generation using the Tessent Shell environment. Pattern Engineering: Develop custom ATPG patterns and perform gateโ€level simulations (GLS) to ensure high test coverage.

Silicon Debug: Support postโ€silicon bringโ€up and failure analysis using customโ€engineered test sequences. Required Qualifications Expertโ€level experience with the Siemens Tessent tool suite. Proven ability to customize PDL/ICL for nonโ€standard test delivery.

Strong background in Scan, ATPG, JTAG, and Hierarchical DFT. Proficiency in Tcl/Python for flow automation. 5+ years of experience with a track record of successful tapeโ€outs.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is between $130,000 to $160,000, which also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
