Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate OpenText xPression / Exstream with Guidewire PolicyCenter
Collaborate with business and system stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Develop and implement API services (REST/SOAP) and microservices
Ensure adherence to coding best practices and take design-level decisions
Develop, test, and maintain document templates, forms, and communication workflows
Perform code reviews, pair programming, and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently; ensure high-quality code and performance
Develop unit and integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines
Work with databases and SQL for data integration and processing
Continuously improve solution design and technical approaches


Required Skills

Strong experience with OpenText xPression or Exstream (mandatory)
Experience integrating CCM tools with Guidewire PolicyCenter
Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, and integration development
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and microservices architecture
Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Experience with code profiling, troubleshooting, and automated testing
Ability to make design-level technical decisions
Experience working with remote/global teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 69058 - 96287
