• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and emotional well-being.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans designed to meet each client’s unique goals and challenges.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing established methodologies tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Monitor clients' progress consistently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Deliver crisis intervention support as needed, ensuring that clients receive immediate assistance in times of acute distress.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, always adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to remain informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and best practices.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to receive feedback, refine skills, and enhance clinical competencies.
• Uphold professional ethics and standards as specified by state licensing boards and mental health organizations.

Your primary responsibility will be to support a diverse client population seeking to address various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is essential.

• A background in group therapy and family therapy is highly desirable.
