Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth and Transformation on the Insurance Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end group insurance transformation initiatives, leading Agile delivery activities, and coordinating across business and technology stakeholders to drive execution and business outcomes.

  • Lead project discovery workshops in on-site and remote settings to align business needs, delivery scope, and transformation priorities
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, create feedback loops, and translate business needs into delivery plans and actionable workstreams
  • Define project execution plans, timelines, resource needs, and budget approach, while managing team workload, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across the project lifecycle
  • Drive project governance by managing risks, scope changes, dependencies, roadblocks, status reporting, and quality reviews to support successful delivery outcomes
  • Lead global scrum teams using Agile and scrum practices, including facilitating scrum ceremonies, supporting decision-making, and driving adoption of AI tools to accelerate engagement delivery

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of information technology and project management experience managing group insurance projects
  • 4+ years of experience leading end-to-end group insurance transformation, implementation, or modernization initiatives, including project plans, timelines, resource plans, budget tracking, risk management, issue management, scope management, dependency management, and status reporting
  • 4+ years of experience facilitating discovery workshops, gathering requirements, and collaborating with business, functional, and technology stakeholders for group insurance programs
