• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health issues, establish therapeutic goals, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress throughout the therapy process, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Grief Healing Solutions, you will work with a diverse client population dealing with various mental health challenges, including grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression. • Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Grief Healing Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
