Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Product Manager to lead our ProScoreboard product. In this role, you will steward the development and launch of specific product features or modules, ensuring that our offerings meet and exceed customer expectations. You will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy through data-driven insights, collaboration, and a keen understanding of user needs. This position is fully remote with no in-office requirement.

ProScoreboard is used in live, high-pressure environments from high school gyms to collegiate and professional venues, where reliability, clarity, and ease of use matter in real time. This role will help shape how operators manage live scoring, advertising, and the game-day experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Features: Spearhead specific product features or modules from initial concept through to successful launch, ensuring alignment with our overall product vision and strategy.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback to continuously enhance our product offerings and meet evolving user needs.
  • Product Backlog Management: Develop and prioritize the product backlog based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives to ensure our development efforts are strategically aligned.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality product features that satisfy user requirements and business goals.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analyses to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation in the market.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future enhancements and iterations.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to communicate product vision, priorities, and updates, ensuring alignment and engagement across all teams.
  • Training and Onboarding Support: Assist with training and onboarding for new product features, support internal teams, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Product Management or related fields, having managed all aspects of product life-cycles.
  • Able to work Eastern Standard Time hours from 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Ability to prioritize backlogs and establish product Roadmaps.
  • Strong documentation skills that give development and business teams clear goals, objectives, and product definition; strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in gathering and interpreting data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and willingness to iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback.
  • Strong ability to conduct market research and gather insights from surveys, interviews, etc.
  • Are comfortable stewarding large features on highly complex projects.
  • Ability to create user personas and segment target audiences effectively.
Our Best Candidates will have:
  • Experience with Renewed Vision products, live event production, or video/graphics/sports production.
  • Experience with shipping mobile, desktop, and or web applications in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Aha!, or Asana for managing backlogs and project tracking.
  • Experience with tools such as Figma (preferred), Photoshop, or Sketch for reviewing designs and creating workflows.
  • Knowledge of various sports, their rules, and the overall fan experience.
  • A passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product features while balancing business and development needs.
  • Adapt to the fast-paced, flexible nature of agile product development while providing project leadership and technical direction.
