As a Graphic Designer with multichannel experience, you'll play a key role in bringing powerful nonprofit campaigns to life that inspire action and driven meaningful impact. You'll concept and design across channels (direct mail, email, social and other digital media), transforming audience insights into visually compelling direct response fundraising campaigns. You'll collaborate with other creative team members, bringing a strong design sensibility, user-focused thinking, and direct response best practices to every project. You must be deadline-driven and passionate about marrying great, mission-driven ideas with nonprofit direct response design. Your designs will be powerful, motivating, on brand, and move audiences into action to support great causes.

Your Impact:
  • Design and develop integrated fundraising campaigns across channels, including direct mail, email, digital, and social.
  • Translate client goals, audience insights, and strategic direction into effective visual solutions.
  • Concept and execute creative from initial idea through production across both print and digital channels.
  • Create compelling designs that simplify complex information and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, creative directors, and account teams to develop cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards while pushing for strong, effective design solutions.

  • Be able to design for a variety of print formats.

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 or more years of experience in digital and/or graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • Portfolio demonstrating multichannel design experience (print + digital required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
  • Experience with motion/animation or HTML5 is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong design skills across both print and digital channels.
  • Ability to think conceptually and execute strategically.
  • Understanding of direct response marketing and/or fundraising design principles (preferred).
  • Experience designing for multichannel campaigns and integrated experiences.
  • Solid grasp of user experience (UX) and audience-first design thinking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
