  • Financial policies & controls. Recommend and help implement financial policies and procedures appropriate for Indigitize, working within the Tides structure.
  • Contracts and vendor management. Work with Tides on the creation of service contracts and manage vendors including vendor setup and entering bills in Netsuite for payment.
  • Payroll and benefits. Work with Tides on the creation of service contracts and manage vendors including vendor setup and entering bills in Netsuite for payment. Work with the Project Director and Tides to ensure payroll is accurate and allocated to the correct funding sources, and assist with annual benefits selections to ensure cost alignment with budget.

Other Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Project Director, Indigitize team and organization across various work streams and projects.
Education and/or Experience: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; a CPA and/or MBA would be a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting strategic vision into an operational model.
  • Experience in Indigenous communities strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work with early stage teams and provide a road map to success for start up organizations.

Workload and Compensation:
