• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and building positive working relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, address current challenges, and discuss treatment plans, ensuring timely discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for effective treatment tracking.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and establish a foundation for treatment.
• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive professional guidance.
• Collaborate with other mental health and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Our client base is varied, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. As an LPC with us, you will have the opportunity to provide direct psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in overcoming issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. With a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment, you will help clients work through their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee, with unrestricted and active status.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting is required.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, email systems (Outlook), and client management software (Pimsy).
• Demonstrated experience in conducting individual therapy sessions and completing intake assessments competently.

While not mandatory, experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms, familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and previous work in integrated care settings will enhance your candidacy.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates paid ahead of client collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
