Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by developing and nurturing trusting relationships while adhering to ethical and professional boundaries.
• Conduct regular client sessions to evaluate treatment progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine suitability for discharge.
• Design and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, continually adapting these plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, aligning with clinical standards.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to inform treatment plans and interventions.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to discuss their mental health challenges.
• Engage in regular supervisor meetings for continuous professional growth and feedback, as part of our commitment to a growth mindset.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic client care and ensure continuity in treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your contributions are essential in fostering resilience and recovery, ensuring that clients feel understood and supported in their mental health journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using technology and software tools such as Excel spreadsheets, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
• Expertise in performing initial intake assessments to facilitate informed treatment planning.
• Prior experience in a collaborative healthcare setting is an advantage, enhancing interdisciplinary teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model provides guaranteed rates, allowing for consistent income without delays in reimbursement. Key benefits include:
