• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify each client's mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to empower clients in their mental health journeys.
• Engage in collaborative care with case managers, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams to create holistic and coordinated care plans for all clients.
• Deliver crisis intervention and emotional support during acute distress situations, demonstrating compassion and expertise to help clients navigate challenges safely.

• A valid and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A graduate degree (master's or doctorate) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and build effective therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of services rendered.

• Clinical experience in a community health setting or working with underserved populations, providing you with insight into the complexities of varied mental health issues.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and teletherapy platforms that are essential to delivering high-quality remote care.
• Adeptness in utilizing treatment planning software that assists in monitoring client progress and outcomes.
