This position allows you to work fully remotely while being part of our outpatient office team located in Tempe, Arizona. • Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual challenges and strengths, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that guide therapy sessions.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to address specific client needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate in regular case consultations with a supportive team of mental health professionals to enhance treatment planning and share best practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available resources, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment practices.

Our client population is diverse, including individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many clients seek support during transitions or crises, making understanding their unique experiences vital. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from different backgrounds and age groups, fostering a therapeutic rapport that is crucial for successful outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this role.
• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy techniques and a strong commitment to a client-centered approach.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience providing mental health counseling within an outpatient setting.

Compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range between USD 80,000 and 90,000 commensurate with experience.
